I'm Katie Benson, I am currently leading design and innovation at Bogg bag. I oversee the design and development of handbags, accessories, and new product categories, driving the creative direction and ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. I lead the design process, collaborate with the merchandising team to shape product assortments, and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across both Mainline and SMU collections. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, I ensure successful product development and launch strategies.

Previously I worked as the special projects designer at Stoney Clover Lane. As a product designer, I specialized in crafting diverse item from trendy wearables like hair accessories/jewelry to functional products like tumblers and jewelry boxes. I contribute to both mainline collections and collaborative projects with license partners, working closely with founders to curate products for sale and influencer gifting. I leverage trend research to introduce captivating designs that stay true to the Stoney Clover brand identity.

I got my start in the design world at Crocs, first as a CMG designer and then quickly shifted over to the jibbitz team. As the esteemed Global Designer for Jibbitz and Crocs Acessories, I have spearheaded a transformative journey for the
business. My designs are at the forefront of trends and culture, incorporating innovative materials to infuse the product line with
continuous freshness. With a strong focus on concept development, I have successfully crafted designs for various regions and occasions. My expertise extends across the entire Jibbitz product line, positioning the brand as a trendsetter in the industry.

I have also freelanced for companies like Jcrew, Abbode, Seniq and Target. I’m passionate about collaboration and thrive on energetic projects that harness collective creativity.
